Terms of Service for ClearSwipe

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClearSwipe mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

ClearSwipe grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

ClearSwipe offers certain premium features via a subscription ("Pro Access").

• Payments: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: Any refund requests must be made directly through Apple.

3. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You understand that ClearSwipe processes your photos locally on your device and does not upload them to any servers.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data within your photo library. ClearSwipe is a tool to help you delete photos; once you confirm a deletion through the system prompt, it may be permanent or moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in your Photos app according to iOS behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. ClearSwipe does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will prevent data loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearSwipe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, the use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
